General Terms and Conditions Eurographics s.r.o.

I. Validity and definitions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts that Eurographics s.r.o. on the Internet
via their Internet portal Eurographicspuzzles online catalog under the domain Eurographicspuzzles.eu,
as well as for all wholesale orders. Conditions of the buyer oblige Eurographics s.r.o. not even if this is
not expressly contradicted again when the contract is concluded.

II. Conclusion of contract
1. The presentation of goods in the Eurographics online catalog does not itself constitute a legally
binding offer to conclude contracts, but merely a non-binding invitation to place orders.

Eurographics s.r.o. will confirm receipt of the order by email. This confirmation does not yet constitute
acceptance of the buyer's offer, but merely informs the buyer that and with what content the order
from Eurographics s.r.o. has been received.

The contract with Eurographics for the goods ordered is concluded when Eurographics s.r.o. The
ordered goods or an order confirmation are sent to the buyer by email within five working days after
receipt of the order. If the offer is accepted by sending the goods, Eurographics s.r.o. however, inform
the buyer of the acceptance of the offer in a second email immediately after dispatch.

2. Eurographics s.r.o. is entitled, but not obliged, to accept the buyer's offer in part, provided this is
reasonable for the buyer. Eurographics s.r.o. If the offer of the buyer is only partial, it will inform the
buyer in the second e-mail whether the order, if it has not been carried out, will be finally rejected or
whether acceptance at a later date is reserved.

3. If the buyer has already made a payment to Eurographics s.r.o., depending on the payment system
chosen. and if a contract is not finally concluded, Eurographics s.r.o. refund payments already received
immediately.

III. Delivery, shipping costs

1. The delivery takes place within 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless a shorter delivery
time results from the order confirmation.
