2.4. The buyer is authorized by us to resell or resell the delivered goods in the ordinary course of
business only on the condition that the resulting claims pursuant to 2.2. and 2.3. pass on to us. We can
revoke this authorization at any time. The buyer is not entitled to other dispositions, in particular for
pledging or transfer by way of security. The buyer is obliged to immediately object to a seizure or other
impairment of our rights by third parties and to inform us immediately.

2.5. If our deliveries are included in a current invoice, the retention of title agreed above applies as
security for our balance claim.

2.6. If the value of the security granted in accordance with the above provisions exceeds our total claims
by more than 20%, we are obliged at the request of the buyer to release such excess security at his
choice, whereby - with the exception of the delivery in the current account relationship - only such
deliveries are released that are fully paid themselves.

2.7. Otherwise, our retention of title expires with full payment of all our claims against the buyer from
the business relationship. The buyer then has ownership of the assigned claims.

VI. Right of withdrawal
1. Agreements on the right of withdrawal

If the buyer is a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal applies and the “VI. Right of withdrawal
”contained agreements on the right of withdrawal.

The buyer's right of withdrawal is excluded

- in the case of contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software on a data carrier that
has been approved by Eurographics s.r.o. is delivered sealed when the buyer has unsealed the supplied
data carrier;

- if there are other statutory exceptions in accordance with Section 312 (2) BGB

If the buyer exercises his right of withdrawal, Eurographics s.r.o. the direct costs of returning the
ordered goods.

Eurographics s.r.o. credits the buyer with a complete return delivery of the goods, the purchase price
and the originally paid shipping costs. If the order value of a goods order due to a partial return due to a
revocation related to one or more articles of an order that included other articles subsequently falls
below the limit of 25 euros, the order value for the order remaining after revocation / return will be
determined in accordance with section “III . Delivery, shipping costs “resulting shipping costs, insofar as
they have not yet been invoiced, recalculated and deducted from the return amount resulting from the
cancellation / return.

2. Cancellation policy

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any
reason.
